Audits
The audits we perform are like all other services based on the level of maturity you’re at. Hence we offer them in a tailored fashion.
Training
The workshops and trainings we offer can be booked ad-hoc to upskill your teams or to solve specific problems. Usually they’re the first step into a more in-depth engagement.
Consulting
Ongoing sparring and consulting is what we offer clients who we believe we can support in the long-term. Minimum term is a 6-month engagement.
Here’s the truth...
Lets be transparent: our portfolio of products and services is built up as a value ladder. This means easy small-commitment entry, and the higher up that ladder you climb, the more value you’ll get + the more you’ll pay. Makes sense, right?
So, which of our services make sense for you right now? That depends on your level of experimentation maturity (take the test here). The higher your level is the higher-touch our service will be. The lower it is the more self-serve and productized it is.
The reason for this is simple: we want to help as many businesses make sense of experimentation and grow like crazy using the methods available to those who experiment. The only way to do that is to add a little bit of scalability on our end, but don’t mistake that with us not caring, in fact the opposite is true. We do care, which is why we offer expert-level self-serve products and services at a fair price point.
Just to be clear: We’re not an agency.
We’re not an agency and we don’t want to be one (learn why). We believe in the idea of in-up-out consulting. Doesn’t mean we’ll stop working with you once we’ve gotten you the results. In fact most of our clients like working with us longer. It just means that we enable your organisation to fly on it’s own instead of being held back by nasty short-sighted agency contracts. Okay, in all fairness, they don’t adapt to your business. But depending on where you are with your business, different products or services might make sense.
The further up you are with your business, the more we believe a high-touch service makes sense.
